How to Use a Non-Stick Pan to Fry Eggs

If you’re like me and have switched from Teflon to a non-stick pan as part of a healthier lifestyle, frying eggs can be a little tricky at first.

Here’s the simple trick that works for me: warm your pan on medium heat for 1–3 minutes before adding your eggs. If you crack your eggs into a cold pan, they’re much more likely to stick.

Let the pan heat up first, then add your eggs and cook as usual. I’ve found this makes a big difference, and I think this tip can help with other foods that tend to stick, too!

Have you made the switch from Teflon? Let me know if you’ve noticed the difference!
